From 500 to 500,000, the most economical specs for highest-quality card production are: full-color front, black text on the back printed on white core, with a magstripe encoded on track 1 or 2, individual card numbers and/or a barcode thermal-printed on the back.

Just to give you an idea, short-run pricing for these cards begins at .59 ea for 500 and drops to .19 ea for 25,000. Prepress is $35 and we'll do your card artwork layout for a flat $75 per card design.
